I have only been attending KUMC a short time and I have found it to be very positive experience. The Congregation is extremely welcoming, so you feel part of the community almost immediately. The sanctuary is beautiful and serene and gives one the feeling that The Lord is present. The music ministry is dedicated and brings a wonderful spirituality to the service. Especially rewarding are the sermons given by Pastor Melissa. I have heard the same gospels for more than 70 years, however, Pastor Melissa brings out the essence. It gives me a whole new perspective. I never quite looked at things the same way I do now. I would encourage anyone looking to have a more spiritual experience to come to Katonah UMC. You will not be disappointed.
